> Atlassian and IT infrastructure specialist based in Tehran, Iran, moving toward SysAdmin and AI Engineering. Over five years in IT: hardware and help desk, networking, IT administration, then Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management administration.

## Current role
- Atlassian Administrator at SnappMarket (from Bahman 1404 / Jan-Feb 2026) and the sole Atlassian administrator there. Runs Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management in production; the Jira instance has about 7 million issues and over 10,000 new issues a day (approximate figures). Works with Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), REST API, an LDAP/AD connection, and Zabbix/Grafana monitoring. Wrote a Groovy/ScriptRunner script that sent about 12,000 issues to Kafka with their fields, custom fields, comments, changelog and worklogs/attachments for reporting and analysis.
- Side project, alongside the full-time role: implemented and configured Jira for Azki.

- Jira Administrator, ArvanCloud (Mordad 1403 to Dey 1404 / Jul-Aug 2024 to Dec 2025-Jan 2026): owner of Jira and Confluence, advanced workflows with validators and post functions, Jira Assets, request portal, automations including an offboarding automation and Telegram/email notifications, scripting in Groovy and Python.
- IT Administrator, also responsible for the Service Desk, ArvanCloud (Shahrivar 1402 to Mordad 1403 / Aug-Sep 2023 to Jul-Aug 2024): Vault, mail servers, Issabel VoIP, Mattermost, Google Workspace, onboarding and offboarding, YubiKey, equipment purchasing.
- Network Engineer, Arzesh Pardaz Arian, also known as Satrap Pasargad Investment Advisory (Esfand 1400 to Mordad 1402 / Feb-Mar 2022 to Jul-Aug 2023): switching (VLANs, access ports, port security), routing and firewalls.
- Network and hardware specialist, Kasra (Kimiagaran Sarzamin Rayaneh) (Esfand 1399 to Bahman 1400 / Feb-Mar 2021 to Jan-Feb 2022): IT support and help desk, hardware, VoIP, and the passive network of a 200 m² office.
